Exhaustion System (rough draft)

 You have 3 exhaustion systems;

Physical - from performing physical actions, all creatures have a threshold of 8, naturally over time your exhaustion is going to build up, this is caused by walking, running, etc. As well combat will cause exhaustion, the worse your condition is the less likely you are to stay standing. Once your threshold is exceeded you'll gain a -1 modifier to your actions, and once it's +3 over your total exhaustion you'll become unconscious, and or die if you're unlucky. You can luckily fight off exhaustion with your endurance score, and small short rest will remove your physical exhaustion by 1 for every hour you rest while long rest removes all exhaustion.

Magical - your body can only perform so many spells before it'll give way, unless you're using a device to channel the magic through that's not your body you're going to experience the exhaustion at a normal rate, however the rate is halved if using a way to channel your magic other than your body. The magical exhaustion will cause your magic to become out of control in both a good, and a bad way; in the good way your magic is stronger, however at the same time failing to cast said spell will have it backfire onto yourself, as thus becoming more harmful, and destructive. Hell even your channeling tools can break if you're abusing your magic too much, and weak channeling tools such as a normal wooden staff can't handle a fire ball spell, yes that's right if your body is unable to handle it you'll be torn a part by the spell. Don't worry your willpower modifier helps that threshold go beyond the 8, and you're able to receive proper training for some money of course on how to properly extend your spell slinging abilities.

Spirit - yes even having divine power flow through you is going to weigh down on you, for this it's only caused when the divine enact an action through you; however you can burn a divine blessing in order to fight off exhaustion but does naturally fall off over time so long as you're not performing an action that uses divinity. You can rest to speed up the process but benefit by an additional +1 unlike physical and with spiritual your soul is weighed down by the exhaustion, making it easier for you to be tempted by sin. The threshold limit is 8 + faith. The stronger your faith, the more you can withstand the sins. However this grows harder for every +1 above your threshold you go; a +1 over makes it where you're thinking about it but not going to indulge in it, +2 makes it where you're tempted, and have to roll against it, and a +3 does what now? Oh it'll cause you to have your rolls against temptation halved, and cause you to have a mental breakdown, your own sin eating you alive as you're mentally torn, and unfocused as thus having your mind clouded so your divine partner can't contact you. Going to a church, and donating can help you gain divine favors to use but it must be of your divine partner, or really having your sins washed away by a priest can work as well, as long as they're not corrupted by having too much spiritual exhaustion, if it doesn't work then yeah the priest is probably doing some questionable things behind doors.
