Four eyes that can be different colors but often the same colors, generally small, monstrous limbs, long tails, and bat ears.

Female Vallene are as tall as male Vallene, small as a halfling for height around 2'9 to 3'2, frail and long wings along with non human limbs.

Racial bonuses
-2 Hardy, -2 mind, +2 nimble, +2 strength, +2 endurance

Movement speed; 25 ft land, 10 ft jump speed, 20 ft swimming speed, 20 ft climb speed

Shield tail; their tails are strong enough to be used as a shield against most physical damage +4 PAC, -2 MAC. However magic is able to hit easier.

Echolocation; +4 perception skill modifier, can perform an action that takes 6 seconds, goes up to 120 ft, every 30 ft it travels -1 modifier to getting info back on perception on checking an area, creatures have a -4 stealth skill modifier against this if hit by it.

Vallene Flight; capable of flying 20 ft, cannot pivot direction in the air, they're capable of pushing off a surface to gain an additional +10 ft off of the initial push off. Each max distance possible to move in one turn in the air cost an additional 1 AP to stay airborne.

Males only;

-2 wisdom, +2 willpower

Flight sprint; in a short boost of movement can double their speed, and zip for cover with an additional +30 ft of flying movement.

Females only;

-2 willpower, +2 charisma

Sharp teeth; biting down cause a D6 of dmg

Locations
Caves, dark areas, mountains, anywhere cold, and dark.

Culture
Vallene hate outsiders; a culture where their small tribe is valued more, not only that but beauty is valued in their societies. To not only dress pretty but attract others, and try to convince them to join their worship of a god or goddess. If you don't follow the laws of the new god you're shunned, removed, and or kicked out. Newcomers whether their race or not are welcomed, loved bomb, and kept around as long as they're going to worship the new god. Those who don't are removed.

The father is gives away the daughter usually, if the father isn't alive that's the job of the mother. A very religious, organized group with having it where you must visit church services.

The community is above all; don't question the community, and push personal feelings aside. Divorce is seen as selfish, you'll be treated as an outcast if you don't follow along. Those who divorce, and or commit crimes are given the cold shoulder.

Women are often not given the same level of rights as men in these cultures; they're more of treated as property than people.

Government
A theocracy's ruled by a god or gods whether good or evil. Whoever takes charge of their tribe is the new leader you must worship, and follow the rules of, re-write laws, and make haste in doing so.

Holidays

Not many if any holidays are celebrated;

Birthdays - the day your born

Death day - the day you die; the god or goddess you'll be with! If you don't end up in the correct place whether needing to go up or down this day isn't celebrated

Birthing day - the day you gave birth to your first child!

Entry to adult hood / woman hood - read a passage for from the religious book under the day you were born; this day is celebrated at the age of 14.

Marriage - the day you get marriage

They evolved from Commoners, yes it's strange considering Commoners evolved from humans but their genetic lineage matches with many traits but for some reason their genetic mapping also matches with bats?

They may not be hardy but they're not to be underestimated.

The main way they earn money is mining minerals from the underground areas. As well as fishing unique creatures out from the water!

They're often blocking off entrances to the forgotten gods; because you know, you don't want the forgotten gods coming in, and destroying the universe.

Movement rules (rough draft)

 Movement isn't that complex; movement speed is different from speed, imagine speed is your reflexes while movement speed is your overall distance you move in a short distance. Each movement action you take cost MoP (movement points), and outside of that will cost your PP next. Movement speed is your overall speed system. Land movement speed; your movement on land. Swimming movement speed; your movement speed in the water. Climbing movement speed; your movement speed climbing. Jump movement speed; your launch off and into the air. When dealing with a complex or moving environment you have to perform a roll + agility modifier. An example being jumping off a falling rock or rocks. When crits on complex movement you gain an additional movement bonus doubling the distance you can go. A high agility modifier allows you to slip through crowds in streets as well, blending in said environment. Drakeith Language (W.I.P) (Rough Draft)
